What we collect
When you submit the application form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, revenue and marketing spend ranges, and the answers you give about how you acquire customers and what you want to achieve. We also record the date and time of submission.
Why we collect it
Solely to assess whether GoClientra is a fit for your business, to contact you about your application, and — if we work together — to deliver and support the growth system we build for you.
Email and SMS communication
By submitting the application form you agree that we may contact you by email, phone and SMS about your application. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop SMS at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Applications are stored in our CRM and in a private, access-controlled backup database. Service providers that process data on our behalf — hosting, CRM, email and SMS delivery — are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
Applications that don't result in an engagement are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up if circumstances change, then deleted. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Jay@Goclientra.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser stores an in-progress copy of the application form on your own device so you don't lose your answers; it never leaves your browser until you submit.
